The Village Apartments and cottages at Due West Retirement Center are retained with a Life Lease. The Lease gives a qualified resident lifetime rights to the accommodation as long as the resident is able to live there safely and healthily. Leases are at least 50% refundable (less refurbishing costs) and vary depending on the accommodation selected from $26,500 to $81,500 for apartments and from $95,000 to $125,000 for cottages. Moderate monthly fees cover the cost of services and also vary, depending on the accommodation selected, from $869 to $1,580. A one-time, non-refundable Occupancy Fee of $2,000 is assessed upon move-in. Please contact the Center office for further details. Wylie Hall Wylie residents pay a monthly service fee of $2,421. Carlisle Nursing Center Carlisle residents pay a daily rate of $186. |
